Form Work: I've always maintained that shitty form is the fastest way to get hurt while lifting…where as RIGHT form is the fastest way to increase your numbers! What sounds better to you???? I'll give you the same secrets that I took from some of the strongest people on the planet to increase my bench by 55lbs, my squat by 75lbs, my deadlift by 30lbs, and my Overhead Press by 25 lbs…all in less than a week!!! Just imagine if you were able to do that! Some of you have probably been stuck at the same numbers for a year or more now…This alone is worth the visit if you ask me!!!
- Accommodated Resistance: I wouldn't say the MAN Cave is a powerlifting gym, or that it trains powerlifters…however it does use the tools and training principles that powerlifters have implemented with tremendous success in increasing the numbers on their lifts. One of these that is ridiculously badass and is responsible for taking my squat up over 200 lbs in 2 years is the use of bands and chains. When properly used, these additions to your core lifts are a definite game changer and will make you devastatingly strong and explosive!!!
- Plyometrics: Speaking of explosive, learning how to properly do these and implement them into your program will help you jump higher, run faster, and lift more. You'll learn the 3 common mistakes that people make when using these, and how to effectively use them to become a scary, avalanche of terror that anyone with a sense of self-preservation will fear!!!
